Vaughan E. Taylor started this practice in 1981 after he served for eleven years as an Army Judge Advocate. The practice is dedicated to the representation of United States military personnel worldwide before military trial and appellate courts, administrative boards, and all military tribunals. Range of practice includes trials by court-martial; appeals to The Judge Advocates General, Service Secretaries, Courts of Criminal Appeals and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces; administrative separation and reduction boards; evaluation and fitness report appeals; medical boards; professional credentials review boards (physicians, aviators, etc.); applications for correction of military and naval records. Mr. Taylor has over thirty-five years experience practicing nothing but military law. The firm is also fully staffed with paralegals, with a wide range of military law-related backgrounds.
